1. General

• All products sold on this website are artificial jewellery made with care and attention to detail.

• We reserve the right to update or change product information, pricing, and availability without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

• Orders are accepted only when payment is successfully processed.

• We accept payments via Razorpay and other supported gateways.

• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes but exclude shipping charges unless stated.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

• After processing or shipping, cancellations are not allowed.

• Due to hygiene and quality standards, no returns or exchanges are accepted.

• Claims for damaged or wrong items require a proper opening video submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
